No special software is needed to view our Digimags. However, what you see on your screen will vary depending on the browser you use (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari), the settings on your computer (allowing flash properties, pop-ups, add-on features), whether you are on a PC or MAC and any security settings or firewalls your company has in place.

If you are unable to view the Transdermal issue, you should start with your IT department to see if any settings can be changed on your system/computer to correct the problem.

If you are not getting your email alerts when new issues are available, you can try “white listing” or adding  transdermal@cscpublishinginc.com to your “approved senders” list, so that the emails will not be filtered through your corporate security.

If corporate guidelines or company computers inhibit your ability to receive the issues at work, perhaps you’ll want to change your email address of record to a home address that has less stringent filters in place. We’re hoping that one of these options will allow you to become a regular reader of Transdermal magazine.
